Our sizes range from baby sizes up to 14-15 years. Available sizes are shown on each product. If your child is between sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹100. The final shipping amount is shown at checkout before payment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Do you accept returns?

We don't offer returns for a change of mind or size preference where an exchange is available. Refunds are given for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items, processed to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package and label. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund for verified issues, with no return shipping charge.
