Welcome to Little Rockets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, thelittlerockets.com (the "Website"), and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
In these Terms, "Little Rockets", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Little Rockets, Address: 1-553, Brahmavara Post, Doopadakatte, 52 Heroor, PO Herur, Udupi District, Karnataka 576213, India. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Website or placing an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Descriptions
We sell clothing for babies and children. We try to show our products' colours, prints, fabrics and sizes as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in print placement or shade may occur. Size guides are provided for reference; please check the size details on each product before ordering.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card or banking details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order once we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within India in approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather or other events beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We do not offer returns for a change of mind where an exchange is available. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including the Little Rockets name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Little Rockets or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Reviews and Content You Submit
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm that it is your own, accurate and not offensive or unlawful. You allow us to display and use it on our Website and social media. We may remove any content at our discretion.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Little Rockets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
